Ziyarah Tourism Week

March 12-16th Uzbekistan


Uzbekistan’s Ziyarah Tourism Week is the largest platform in Central Asia to bring together prominent experts from all over the world for a week of events aimed at encouraging the Halal industry in the region. Islamic scholars, academics and Halal industry experts will discuss topics of Islamic heritage, tourism, finance, architecture, food, modest-fashion and related sectors at events and conferences in Bukhara, Samarkand and Tashkent, hosted by the Government of Uzbekistan.

This week-long event will develop a blueprint for destinations to follow suit and showcase their Islamic history and culture to the Muslim world

Travel agents, hotel managers and tourism stakeholders will gain important market awareness on the Halal travel sector, and learn essential customer service requirements of the Muslim travelers in tourism sector
